William “Bill” Braxton Fullen, Jr., 80, passed away Sunday, November 28, 2021.
Visitation will be 6-8 PM Thursday, December 2, 2021 at Krestridge Funeral Home in Levelland. Funeral services will be at 1:00PM Friday, December 3, 2021 at Living Water Church in Whiteface, Texas. Burial will follow in Sundown Cemetery.
Bill was born September 13, 1941 in Lubbock, Texas to William and Nellie Fullen.
He owned a mechanics shop and used car dealership as well as an RV Park. Bill enjoyed farming and raising cattle. In his spare time he loved fishing and hunting but more than anything, he enjoyed his family and especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He loved his church. Bill’s dogs were his best buddies and he could never turn away a stray.
He was preceded in death by his father and mother, William Fullen, Sr. and Nellie Florence Lummus Fullen; siblings; Mary Francis Fullen, David Ray Fullen, Edna Rust Fullen, MK Lindsey, Jim Meeks, and Don Hale; and grandson, Paul Braxton Smith.
Bill is survived by, his wife, Carolyn Fullen; children, Vickie and Jack Smith Jr., Rick and Melinda Fullen, Tony Fullen, Melissa Burge and Jeffery Stanley; siblings, Carole Hale, Laverne and Waylon Pierce, Laura Wilson, Jerry Fullen, Deana and Roland Whitaker, 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a multitude of nieces and nephews.
