Roy Swim

Roy Lynn Swim, 77, of Sundown, TX passed from this life on March 7, 2017, at hospital in Lubbock, TX. A family visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 8, 2017, from 5- 8 PM at Krestridge Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM on Thursday, March 9, 2017 at Park Drive Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Sundown Cemetery.

Roy was born March 8, 1939 in Ralls, TX to parents Loys and Gladys (Perryman) Swim. He was a member of the Park Drive Baptist Church.

Roy is preceded in death by his parents, Loys and Gladys Swim.

He is survived by his wife, Dessie Swim; daughters, Lorane Harrell and husband John, Dianna Stueart and husband Michael; sons, Royce Swim, Joe Swim and wife Melena; brothers , Ronnie Swim and wife Elladean, Perry Swim and wife Linda; along with nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, in-laws and loved ones.
