Pauline Coronado

Pauline Coronado was born June 18, 1947 in Lexington, Texas to Abram and Juanita Juarez. Pauline went to be with the Lord and reunited with the love her life, Ramon, on February 14, 2021. She married Ramon G. Coronado on April 21, 1963 in Levelland. Together they proudly raised and supported their six sons and one daughter.

She was a dedicated stay at home wife. Pauline was a loyal, faithful, loving, caring and supportive wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great-great grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with her late husband traveling, visiting family and friends, going to the casinos and dancing. She taught so many life lessons and skills to her sons, daughters, daughters-in-laws, and grandchildren that will be carried throughout many generations. Most importantly, Pauline was a God-fearing woman who raised her children to love, seek, and praise God in all trials of life.

Pauline made everyone around her feel so special, as if they were her favorite. She never had anything bad to say about anyone. She was proud of her family.  She spoiled everyone and always helped those in need. She had a heart of gold and worried about everyone’s well-being. She took care of so many friends and relatives throughout the years. She was a selfless person.

The Coronado Legacy will continue with love and pride because of the beliefs Ramon and Pauline Coronado instilled within the family.

Pauline will be greatly missed and remembered by so many people. She was a lifetime member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church of Levelland.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ramon Sr. Coronado; son, Larry Coronado; grandson, Brandon Scott Coronado; and granddaughter, Alexandra Bautista.

Pauline is survived by her sons, Ramon Jr. Coronado of Lubbock, Amado and Vicky Coronado of Lubbock, Ruben and Christine Coronado of Levelland, Gilbert and Miranda Coronado of Levelland, and Paul and Jessica Coronado of Brownfield; daughter, Debbie Coronado and Angel Sauceda of Lubbock; daughter-in-law, Jessica Coronado; brothers, Justo Juarez of Fort Worth and David Cardenas of Lubbock; sisters, Juanita Ybarra of Lubbock, Dominga Trevino of Lubbock, and Gloria Corona of Chicago, Illinois; 32 grandchildren; 48 great grandchildren; and 4 great-great grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Thursday, February 18, 2021, with the Rosary being held at 7:00 pm at Krestridge Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, February   19, 2021, in the Krestridge Funeral Home Chapel with Father Jonathan Phillips officiating.  Interment will follow in the City of Levelland Cemetery.

The Coronado’s would like to thank all the nurses and healthcare providers that helped with our beloved Mother.  Thanks to everyone for the cards, food, plants, thoughts, and prayers from family and friends.  Also, would like to give thanks to Krestridge Funeral Home and Staff for all that they have done.  Please continue to pray for the Coronado family.

Honoring Pauline as pallbearers are Jonathon Coronado of Levelland, Ruben Coronado II of Levelland, Fabiano Coronado of Levelland, Diego Bautista of Lubbock, Bronson Coronado of Levelland, and Nathan Coronado of Levelland.

Honorary pallbearers will be Antonio Coronado of Levelland, Amado Coronado II of Lubbock, Andrew Coronado of Levelland, Augustine Coronado of Levelland, Guillermo Coronado of Plains, Martin Silva of Odessa, Mariano Silva of Odessa and Joseph Rosales of Lubbock.
