Patsy Ruth Jephcott, 85, of Levelland passed away on Sunday, March 13, 2022, in Levelland. Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 pm on Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at Krestridge Funeral Home. Funeral services will take place at 2:00 pm on Thursday, March 17, 2022, at the First Baptist Church of Levelland with Cody Favor officiating. Interment will follow in the City of Levelland Cemetery.
Patsy was born October 30, 1936 to Thomas Ray and Helen Patterson in Russellville, Arkansas. She married Ira Jephcott on December 24, 1953 in Lubbock.
Patsy was involved with many community clubs and organizations such as Women’s Missionary Union, Canasta Club, Lubbock High Class of 1955 Birthday Club and Monday night Dairy Queen bunch. She was a member of the First Baptist Church where she volunteered and sang in the SONshine Choir. Patsy enjoyed shopping and eating out in Lubbock, watching old movies, especially John Wayne, and playing games with friends and family. She loved collecting Precious Moments figurines.
Patsy was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband.
She will be remembered by her children, Gary and wife Pam Jephcott of Littlefield, Donna and husband Randy Gholson of Levelland, Sharon Lott of Levelland and Alice and husband Ryan Rhodes of Uvalde; 10 grandchildren, Nathan Jephcott and wife Alissa of Pickerington, Ohio, Matthew Jephcott and wife Megan of Amarillo, Russell Jephcott and wife Shea of Lubbock, Candace Montgomery and husband Andrew of Levelland, Dustin Gholson, Ryan Gholson and wife Lacey of Georgetown, Amy D’aoust and husband Charles of Germantown, Maryland, Robyn Lott and fiancé Frank Culbertson of Lanham, Maryland, Rachel Dempsey and husband Devan of Spangdalum, Germany and Ashtyn Nadebaum of Uvalde; and 12 great-grandchildren, Tatum and Tyson, of Pickerington, Ohio, Kinsler, of Amarillo, Rylan and Logan, of Lubbock, Kaylee and Jordan, of Georgetown, Aly and Callyne, of Levelland, Paul, Clara and Lee, of Georgetown.
