Nancy Tabor

Nancy Estes Kiser Tabor, 91 of Levelland TX passed away December 19, 2016 at her home. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, December 23, 2016, in the City of Levelland, Cemetery.

She was born August 19, 1925 in Abilene TX to the late N.A. and Lera Estes. She graduated from Abilene High School and attended nursing school at TCU.

She married Frank B. Kiser, Jr on August 19, 1946. He preceded her in death in 1984. She then married Warren Tabor, Sr in 1990 and he preceded her in death in 1996.

She was a homemaker for most of her life and enjoyed taking care of her pets, along with outdoor activities and traveling.

A special thank you to her caregivers: Dora, Irene, Alejandra, Abby, Shauna and Toney.

Survivors include: 2 daughters, Jill Pitts (Kelley) of Levelland, Jan Alexander (Steve) of Lubbock. She was ''Two-mommy'' to five grandchildren - Sam Pitts of Levelland, Tom Pitts (Tamara) of Odessa, Craig Alexander (Kathleen) of Ft. Worth, Eric Alexander of Ft. Worth, and Leigh Alexander of Houston and 3 great grandchildren - Coben Pitts of Levelland, Weston Alexander of Ft. Worth and Tenley Pitts of Odessa. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and her kitty companions Katie, Casey, Jack, Lena and Missy.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in her name to either Levelland Animal Friends, P.O. Box 523, Levelland TX 79336 or to the South Plains Wildlife Rehabilitation Center, 3308 95th Street, Lubbock, TX 79423.
