Mona Ruth Waters

Mona Ruth Waters,90, of Levelland passed from this life on January 28,2025. Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 6:00 pm on Monday, February 3,2025 at Krestridge Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, February 4,2025 at Fifth Street Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the City of Levelland Cemetery. 

Mona was born on August 25, 1934 in Levelland, TX to Arkie and Gladys Wright. She married Wayne Waters and together they shared a son, Eddie.

Mona was a loving mother and a church going woman. She was very straight forward and always let you know what she thought. Mona was also an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and never missed watching a game. She worked at Plains Bank in Lubbock, TX and owned and operated a Car Dealership in Tahoka, TX with her husband Wayne for several years. Later in life she moved back to Levelland to be closer to her mom and dad.

Mona is survived by her son Eddie and three grandchildren, Colby, Sarah, and Wayne.
