Jina Tademy

Jina LaShea Jefferson Tademy, 46, of Levelland passed from this life on October 31, 2024. Visitation will be held Monday, November 11, 2024, at Krestridge Funeral Home from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at the Austin Street Church of Christ officiated by Pastor Willie Mays. Interment will follow in the City of Levelland Cemetery.

Jina was born on January 6, 1978, to Lois Ford Clewis and Harry Louis Jefferson. She was born and raised in Levelland where she graduated from Levelland High School in 1996. Jina also attended LCU to achieve her higher education goals. On August 16, 2008, Jina married the love of her life, James Tademy, to whom she spent the rest of her life with happily in Fort Worth, Texas. She spent time enjoying all of her boys and always diving into different businesses and many adventures. 

Jina is preceded in death by her father, Harry Louis Jefferson; her brothers, Harry Jefferson Jr. and Joshua Deon Clewis; and her grandparents, Norman and Dorothy Lee Ford.

She is survived by her loving husband, James Tademy; her sons, James Tademy Jr., Kaden Jefferson, and Mason Tademy; her mother Lois Ford Clewis; and her siblings, Derek (Erica) Jefferson, Jason DeShawn Clewis, and Tanikka King. Jina is also survived by many nieces and nephews, along with a host of friends who will all miss her dearly.
