Janey McIlroy

Janey Catherine McIlroy, 59, of Levelland passed from this life on July 28, 2018 in Lubbock. A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, August 2, 2018, at West Texas Church at the Barn in Lubbock.

She was born July 1, 1959 to A. Jane Pollard and Hubert Carpenter. Janey was a member of West Texas Church at the Barn and Second Baptist Church in Levelland.

She was preceded in death by her mother, A. Jane Pollard; father, Hubert Carpenter; step-dad, David O. Pollard III; and mother-in-law, Darnell Geiger.

Janey is survived by her husband, Larry McIlroy; daughter and son-in-law, Latova and David Ewings; brother and sister-in-law, Martin and Mercades Carpenter; step brothers, Al and Davey Pollard; sister-in-law, Judy Johnson; step-sons and daughters-in-law, Greg and Jackie McIlroy and David and Sarah McIlroy; and seven grandchildren, Hayden Ewings, Jackson McIlroy, Coleman McIlroy, Brad and Zack McIlroy, Allison McIlroy, and Cooper Ewings.
