J. T. Wright

Justin Travis “J.T.” Wright, 42, of Idalou and formerly of Whiteface, passed from this life on April 5, 2022.  Celebration of Life service will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, April 14, 2022, in the Krestridge Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the City of Levelland Cemetery.

He was born September 16, 1979 in San Jose, California to Charles Norman Wright and Linda Jan Baker Wright.  J.T. graduated from Whiteface High School in 1998.  He was employed by the City of Lubbock.

J.T. was a huge fan of the Los Angeles Rams and Harley Davidson motorcycles.  He laughed loud and loved hard.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Richard and Barbara Baker; and paternal grandfather, Mickey Wright.

J.T. is survived by his wife, Heather; sons, Slade, Luke and Chase; parents, Linda Wright and Chuck (Becky) Wright; brother, Levi (Ka’Lynn) Wright; sisters, Amy (Chad) Anderson, Megan (Daniel) Villarreal and Destiny (Monty) Wright; niece, Brynlee Villarreal; nephews, Coleton Anderson, Braxton Villarreal and Benaniah Timmins; paternal grandparents, Bret and Sandy Faerber; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
