Inez Harvey

Inez Isaacks Harvey, 93, of Levelland passed away on May 2, 2017 in Lubbock. Family visitation will be held from 6:00 - 7:30 PM on Wednesday, May 3, 2017, at Krestridge Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, May 4, 2017, at the City of Levelland Cemetery. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:30 PM on Thursday, May 4, 2017, at Fifth Street Church of Christ in Levelland.

Inez was born on August 30, 1923 to parents William David and Mary Elizabeth (Wallace) Murphy in Memphis, Texas. She came to Hockley County in 1929 and lived on the family farm in the Arnett Community.

Inez married J.J. Isaacks on November 26, 1939 in Levelland. She and J.J. farmed for 50 years. After J.J. passed away in 1980, Inez married Marvin Harvey. They enjoyed fishing in Colorado. Inez was a lifelong member of Fifth Street Church of Christ in Levelland.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Mary and William David Murphy; husband, J.J. Isaacks, and second husband, Marvin Harvey.

Inez is survived by her son, Howard David (Barbara) Isaacks; daughter, Diane (Sonny) Cook; grandchildren, Paul Isaacks, Suzanne Corbett and Scott Cook; 6 great grandchildren; brother, LeRoy Murphy;
sister, Anne ''Reedie'' Culberth; and sister-in-law, Frances Sanders.
