Herbert Moore

Herbert Lee Moore, 82, of Smyer passed away at his home on July 13, 2018. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 am on Sunday, July 15, 2018, in the Gone to Beulah Land Cemetery in Hockley County.

He was born September 6, 1935 in Old Glory, Texas to Charles and Etta Moore.

Lee served our county in the United States Marine Corp and was of the Episcopal faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Charles Moore.

Lee is survived by his wife, Donna; brother Wendell and wife Doris Moore; daughters, Rachel Self and Jennifer and husband Mack McNeely; son Robert and wife Angela Young; and 4 grandchildren.
