Frances Taylor

Frances Kay Taylor, 84, of Levelland passed from this life on September 1, 2021.  Visitation will be on Friday, September 3, 2021, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Krestridge Funeral Home.  Graveside services will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, September 4, 2021, at the City of Levelland Cemetery.

She was born June 30, 1937 in Duncan, Oklahoma to Hugh Robert and Ola (Monroe) Rumbaugh.  Frances married Billy Ray Taylor on June 30, 1953.

Frances was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Billy Ray Taylor; son, Ricky Taylor; sisters, Peggy Valentine, Betty Perryman and Arlene Howard; and brothers, Raymond Rumbaugh, Bill Rumbaugh, J.C. Rumbaugh, Bobby Rumbaugh, Jessie Rumbaugh and Donnie Rumbaugh.

She is survived by her son, Steve Taylor and wife Paula of Levelland; daughter, Susan Carlisle and husband Allen of Sweetwater; daughter-in-law, Dee Dee Taylor of Edmond, OK; brother, Kenneth Rumbaugh of Levelland; 8 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Interim Hospice, 727 S. Alamo Road, Levelland, Texas  79336.
