Evelyn Pevytoe

Evelyn Lorene Pevytoe, 68, of Lubbock, and formerly of Levelland, passed away in Lubbock on February 19, 2017. A family visitation will be held 5:00-7:00 pm on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at Krestridge Funeral Home in Levelland. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, February 22, 2017, at Krestridge Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the City of Levelland Cemetery.

Evelyn was born July 4, 1948 in Burkburnett, Texas to parents, Bob Manning and Melvina Welborn. She enjoyed birds, flowers, smoking cigarettes, and drinking coffee.

She is preceded in death by her brother Robert Martin; sons Robert Pevytoe and Gary Pevytoe; daughter Carrie Pevytoe; husband Jimmy Pevytoe; dad Author Martin, mom Melvina Martin; and sister Carol Stockton.

Survivors include sons, Michael Pevytoe and Ricky Pevytoe; daughter, Angie Martinez; brother, Tom Martin; 12 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren.
