Eliodoro R. Munguia Sr.

Eliodoro "Lolo" Reyes Munguia Sr., 81, of Levelland passed from this life on November 8, 2024. Visitation will be held Thursday, November 14, 2024, at Krestridge Funeral Home from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, November 15, 2024, at Krestridge Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the City of Levelland Cemetery.

Lolo was born on August 25,1943 in Raymondville, Texas to Pedro and Filomena Reyes Munguia. He married Juanita Garcia in Brownfield on November 20,1963. Lolo proudly served his country in the Unites States Army as a Sergeant in the Vietnam War where he received a Purple Heart. He retired from ADM. Lolo was a longtime resident of Levelland where he raised his family. Lolo was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather and proud Vietnam Veteran.

He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Juanita Munguia; grandson, Ethan R. Munguia; brothers, Eloy Munguia and Thomas Munguia and sister, Esmeralda Ibarra.

Those left to honor and cherish his memory include his children, Sandra Garza, Eliodoro Munguia Jr., Rita Honesto, Marcos Munguia, Grace Enriquez and Bobby Munguia; along with nine grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
