Donna E. McGowan

Donna McGowan, 65, of Sundown passed from this life on March 18, 2024. She was born December 28,1958 in Hobbs, New Mexico to Robert White and Veta Hann.

Donna attended high school in Woodward, Oklahoma and after graduating she went to Kaplan College where she studied to become a paralegal. She was loving, caring and compassionate person in every aspect. She adored her grandchildren. Donna enjoyed gardening, her photo groups and being there for her family and friends. She was always available when she was needed.

She was preceded in death by her parents and maternal grandparents, Elzie and Grace Hann.

Those left to honor and cherish her memory include her companion, Ricky Thompson; son, Randy McGowan and wife, Gwen; daughter, Karen McGowan; brother, Rege Powell; sisters, Paula Powell and Sherry Thornley and her grandchildren, Jesse, Miranda, Nicholi and Declan.
