Danny Varner

Danny Wayne Varner, 69, of Levelland passed from this life on August 15, 2020.  Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Thursday, August 20, 2020, at Krestridge Funeral home.  Funeral services will be at 11:00 am on Friday, August 21, 2020, in the Krestridge Funeral Home Chapel.  Interment will follow in the City of Levelland Cemetery.

He was born April 9, 1951 in Waco to A.B. “Red” and Geraldine Mayberry Varner.   Danny was a member of the Fifth Street Baptist Church.

Danny was preceded in death by his parents, Red and Geraldine Varner; sister, Brenda Collom; brother, Dennis Varner; son, Waylon Varner; and daughter Bobbie Jo.

He is survived by his wife, Cynthia; daughter, Dana Kelly & Theresa Benton; sons, Gerry Varner, Jerry Mulkey and wife Tina; Steven Lawson; and Royce McPhail and wife Kristi; sister, Vicky Johnson and husband Gary, Reanae Glenn and late husband Johnny, and Patricia Lozano and husband Armando (Wolfie); 14 grandchildren; 1 great granddaughter; and numerous cousins, nephews and nieces.
