Cynthia Burton

Cynthia Dianne Burton, 60, of Levelland passed from this life on August 24, 2018 in Lubbock. A visitation will be held at Krestridge Funeral Home on Monday, August 27, 2018, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. A second visitation will be held at Ellis Funeral Home, 104 East Ave F Muleshoe, TX 79347 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, August 28, 2018. Funeral Services will take place at 11:00 am on Wednesday, August 29, 2018, at First Baptist Church in Muleshoe. Interment will follow at Muleshoe Memorial Cemetery.

She was born August 20, 1958 in Muleshoe to parents Clinton and Maxine (Black) Rogers. Cynthia graduated from Muleshoe High School where she was a cheerleader. She married Randy Burton on July 21, 1977 in Farwell, Texas.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Randy; children, Christopher and wife Georgetta Burton of Levelland, Dustin and wife Alicia Burton of Amarillo, and Lacie Burton of Levelland; parents, Clinton and Maxine Rogers of Muleshoe; siblings, Gene Rogers of Des Moines, Iowa and Laticia Cunningham of Arlington, Nebraska along with 8 grandchildren, Devonte, Emily, Georgia, Jensen, Judah, Kenzi, Jackie and Jazzy.
