Andrea Perez

Andrea Perez,90, of Levelland passed from this life on January 11,2025. Graveside services will be held at 10:30 am on Saturday, February 1,2025 in the City of Levelland Cemetery.

Andrea was born on October 5,1934 in Las Vegas, New Mexico to Tomas and Maria Jinea Lucero Angel. She married Abraham Perez in September of 1960 and was happily married until his passing on March 31,2020. Andrea was a talented seamstress, great with finances, an avid reader and had a fantastic dry sense of humor. It is will know that she was amazing mother, loveable grandmother, adoring great grandmother and very proud great-great grandmother that will be missed dearly.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Abraham Perez; son, David Tafoya; grandson, Jason Tafoya; great granddaughter, Brianna Tafoya; sisters, Antonia Blea, Gloria Angel and Rita Angel and brothers, Alfonso Angel, Richard Angel, Raymond Angel and Sam Angel.

Those left to honor and cherish her memory include daughters, Mary Gloria Dillard of Corpus Christi, Chris (Ramiro) Cadena of Levelland, Jerri Perez of Lubbock and Becky Perez of Levelland; sisters, Lucy Herrera of San Antonio and Josie (George) Temer of Albuquerque; brother Joe Angel of Henderson, Nevada; grandsons, Matthew Tafoya of Levelland, Phillip Tafoya of Levelland and Aaron (Christina) Cadena of Lubbock; granddaughters, Jessica Tafoya of Levelland and Amanda (Chris) Thomas of Kermit; great grandchildren, Giovanni, Wyatt, Winton, Isabelle, Ace, Maggie and Acee and great-great grandson, Zephlynn Jr.
